preparation:

Oven: In a refractory form with our cream sauce. Bake at 160°C for about 20-30 minutes. Stir in between.

Pan: Fry all around, add some cream and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. If you add more cream, the sauce may need to be tied.
