Sliced from the breast (white meat) with onion, corn, pepper pieces and small broccoli florets in a saffron marinade.
preparation:
Oven: In a refractory form with our cream sauce. Bake at 160°C for about 20-30 minutes. Stir in between.
Pan: Fry all around, add some cream and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. If necessary, bind the sauce.
