Sausage in a glass

Since our glasses are fully preserved, they can be kept for up to one year without refrigeration. Please note, however, that you should put the jars in the refrigerator for a few hours before consumption so that the gelatin becomes firm. Otherwise, it can liquefy depending on the outside temperature, but this does not represent a quality defect.
