Der Vogel ist gelandet

Zuverlässig und per Express ist unser Truthahn heute am 19.12.2019 auch noch perfekt verpackt und überpünktlich bei uns gelandet!Ich bin aber jetzt trotzdem etwas unsicher weil es ist das erste mal das ich bestelle und frage lieber noch mal nach...Unser Vogel hat eine Füssigwürzung erhalten und liegt nun bei 3° im Kühlschrank (könnte auch noch ein Grad runtergehen).Kann ich ihn dort tatsächlich bis zum 24.12. bedenkenlos aufbewahren oder sollte ich ihn lieber doch sicherheitshalber einfrieren (was ich aber eigentlich vermeiden wollte)?

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und die darin enthaltene Nachricht. Es ist äußerst wichtig, dass die 4°C nicht überschritten werden, dann können Sie den Truthahn bis max. zum 26.12. frisch aufbewahren. Am Besten in dem gelieferten Beutel lassen. So kommt keine Luft an den Truthahn und somit auch keine Bakterien die das Fleisch angreifen könnten. Wir wünschen Ihnen ein schönes Weihnachtsfest und gute Zubereitung! Ihr Ullrichs Putenhof-Team
