perfekter Thanksgiving Truthahn

Pünktliche Lieferung in umweltfreundlicher Verpackung. Da die Lieferung nur 1 (statt bis zu 3) Tag gedauert hat stand er noch 2 Tage verpackt auf der Terrasse. Danach waren die Kühlakkus beim auspacken noch gefroren. Super frisch und super aufbereitet. Keine Federreste etc. Wir hatten ihn 15h bei 80° im Ofen und dann noch 1h bei 180° ohne Abdeckung. Danach war das Fleisch superzart und die Haut kross. Die Fleischmenge hat mich echt überrascht. 19 Leute sind satt geworden und es blieb noch einiges übrig. Das machen wir sicher wieder.
