Ist Geschmacksache;-)
...mir persönlich schmeckt die Mischung mit Salbei sehr gut. Gedacht ist die Füllung als Beilage, was die Sache an sich einfach macht. Ich habe jedoch Klöße und Kartoffeln als Beilage gewählt und würde beim nächsten Mal die Füllung eher klassisch mit Trockenobst etc. machen. Aber wer die Beilage in einem Zug mit erledigt haben will, dann ist die Füllung....Top !!!
Truthanfüllung
Von der Konsistenz her am Ende wie ein Semmelknödel, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Geschmacklich hat es uns persönlich zu stark nach Salbei geschmeckt. Aber Geschmack ist ja bekanntlich subjektiv.

Sehr lecker kann ich nur witer empfehlen.
