Stuffed turkey cutlets

Juicy turkey cutlets filled with a herb cream cheese cream and crushed mushrooms.

preparation:

Fry the stuffed turkey cutlets vigorously from each side. After that, take the meat out of the pan. Then put some onions cut into strips in the same pan and sauté them in it. Once the onions have reached a beautiful color, extinguish them with a little water or broth. Now put the stuffed turkey cutlets back in the pan and let them simmer there for 15 - 12 minutes. Finally, bind the broth to the sauce and refine it according to taste with cream or crème fraiche.
