ATTENTION: Since our shipping capacity is already exhausted before Christmas, we cannot accept any more shipping orders this year. We are still accepting orders for our weekly markets until further notice.

   Please understand that due to the high workload before Christmas, we cannot answer any emails, to confirm the shipping date. After you have placed your order with us, you will receive an automatic e-mail in which we confirm the selected "latest delivery date". The package will then be shipped on the shipping days listed above, depending on your selected shipping method.

   STORAGE LIFE TRUTHAHN WITH LIQUID WORTH:
   Standard shipping Wed 12/16: up to max 12/24 at below 4 degrees*
   Standard shipping Mon 12/21: up to max 12/29 at below 4 degrees
   Express shipping Tue 12/22: up to max 12/30 at below 4 degrees
   
   *Our recommendation: for safety, we recommend freezing the turkeys. For more information, please see the STORAGEsection.

   DURABILITYOF SMOKEDTURKEY
   Smoked turkey will last in one piece and carved until at least 12/26. For the carved variety, you should freeze the carcass. For the in one piece variety, you should rub or spray the skin with a light salt water solution after 4 days.
   
   
   DURABILITY STUFFED TURKEY
   Since you cannot brine a stuffed turkey, we recommend ALWAYS ordering it WITH liquid seasoning. Alternatively, you can have the stuffing sent separately from the turkey in a vacuum bag and stuff it yourself on the day of preparation.

   IN THE REFRIGERATOR:
   Leave the turkey unopened in the bag it came in. Store it in the lower section of the refrigerator. Turn the refrigerator to the coldest setting so it is 4 degrees max. The cooler the longer the shelf life.
   
   IN SHIPPING BOX:
   Prepare cold packs. Then replace them in alternation with the supplied ones again and again. Important Check the temperature again and again. It must not rise above 4 degrees. Preferably store the box in a cool, shady and dry place.
   
   IN THE FREEZER:
   If you are unsure, it is always possible to freeze our turkeys without loss of quality. Also stuffed turkeys or with liquid seasoning can be frozen without loss of quality. IMPORTANT: To do this, simply place the unopened bag with the turkey directly in the freezer after receipt. Depending on the size, take the turkey out of the freezer 24 - 48 hours before preparation and let it thaw gently in the refrigerator.

9. DELIVERY ADDRESS

   After you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find the delivery address you entered. For current reasons we ask you to check this address again carefully. Because the creation of our address labels is automated. We can therefore unfortunately not accept any liability for incorrect delivery addresses.

10. PAYMENT BY TRANSFER

    You are welcome to transfer the amount directly after your order. The turkey will still be shipped on the requested date. However, the amount must arrive at the latest by the order acceptance deadline (standard shipments see above), otherwise we will not be able to ship your goods in time.

11. TELEPHONE AVAILABILITY

    Especially in the weeks before Christmas our workload is very high. Therefore, we hope for your understanding that there may be limited availability by telephone during this time. We kindly ask you not to place your orders by phone in the weeks before Christmas, but via our online shop. This will help us to maintain our telephone service.
