A perfect Thanksgiving

Although I've lived in Berlin for a good number of years, this is the first Thanksgiving that I have had the joy of cooking and enjoying a perfect turkey. For us and for our guests, this means the turkey must meet, in our case, a high American standard. It must be beautiful when it arrives and after slow cooking in the oven, must be gorgeous. Then it must have a delicate juicy meat and a perfect flavor - no tough and gamey turkeys, please.We also expect the neck and giblets for gravy, all of which Ullrichs Putenhof delivered. 99 times out 100 are these missing.And to my surprise, the flap of skin at the neck was there - otherwise no longer present on turkeys I've bought in Germany, and not even possible to order. To be honest, I could see that this was the case on the website before I ordered.This is the secret place where every great turkey chef hides the choicest stuffing.A very happy Thanksgiving Feast here in Berlin thanks to Ulrichsputenhof - and also for the excellent service, perfect delivery, and the delicious surprise turkey Feinkost included in the package.a five-star recommendation from Berlin!Biri Fay

Wir haben im September eine Testbestellung aufgegeben. Wir wollten ein Gefühl dafür bekommen ob und wie ein Truthahn zu den Festtagen zubereitet werden kann bzw. ob es uns generell gelingt. Ich kann nur sagen.... DELIKAT. Meine Gäste waren hin und weg und voller Lob. Es hat allen so lecker geschmeckt das wir für Weihnachten direkt wieder bestellt haben. Der Lieferservice ist sensationell. Das Fleisch mit der Flüssigwürzung ein Gedicht. Besser geht nicht!!

Perfekte Pute !

Ein herzliches "HALLO" aus Hessen,Ich möchte mich, auch im Namen meiner Gäste recht herzlich für ihr hervorragendes Produkt in Form einer 8 Kilogramm schweren Bio-Pute bedanken. Diese war nach 16 Stunden Garzeit (Niedrigtemperaturmethode) knusprig, zart, saftig, geschmackvoll, auf der Zunge zergehend - einfach "perfekt".Wir freuen uns alle jetzt schon auf das nächste „Thanks Giving“ mit einer Eurer Puten.
