Description:

Fried roast roast with roasted onions and sauce is a traditional dish of Swabian/Austrian cuisine. In traditional preparation, beef is used. We prepare the onion roast with our turkey meat from the juicy leg.

We recommend fried potatoes, spaetzle or ribbon noodles.


The amount of content of one glass is about enough for 1-2 people.

schmeckt gut

Dieses Gericht kann ich gut weiterempfehlen-. Die Soße ist vorzüglich gelingen. Allerdings finde ich ein Scheibe Braten bei 550 g sehr wenig. Mein Mann mag kein Geflügel. Er hat gar nicht gemerkt, dass dies ein leckerer Putenbraten war ;-)
